All Motion Studio remains committed to nurturing the next generation of Detroit’s creative leaders by providing access, mentorship, and space for growth. Recognizing that many students lose access to studio facilities over the summer, we created the FIELDWORK Student Residency — a program designed to give young artists a place to continue creating beyond the academic year.

For the inaugural residency, we welcomed Aida Liddell, a third-year fashion and accessories student at CCS. With full access to our equipment and workspace, Aida explored large-scale fabrication and production, expanding his practice into new dimensions. The residency received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and All Motion Studio looks forward to continuing FIELDWORK as an annual opportunity for students to refine their craft and stay connected to Detroit’s creative community.
